Shadow has revamped the tried and tested SOD (Slide or die) pegs and now introduces the SOD Welterweight and SOD Featherweight peg systems. The Featherweight version is the lightweight version with a core made from 7075 aluminum alloy. The Welterweight version features the same heat treated and butted Cro-Mo core as the original SOD peg, but now with a sleeve made from an improved nylon composite material so that it lasts longer and still slides quickly. Both models use the same sleeve.
