Order quickly and securely - all payment methods, instant order confirmation

You can easily order from our online shop 24/7. Simply add your desired BMX products to your shopping cart and follow the checkout process. We accept all common payment methods and also offer payment by invoice via Klarna.

We offer you maximum flexibility: PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), instant bank transfer, purchase on account (after a positive credit check), installment payment and prepayment. All payments are SSL-encrypted and completely secure.

As long as your order hasn't been shipped, we can make changes. Contact us immediately by email or phone. Once shipped, returns are only possible upon receipt of the goods.

Of course! Every order receives a proper invoice with VAT shown separately. You can find this both in your customer account and as an enclosure in the package.

Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping on orders over €100 - BMX bikes always ship free in Germany

Our shipping costs are a flat rate of €5.99 for delivery within Germany. Shipping is free for orders over €90.

Since we almost always have all products in stock, we usually ship orders (ordered before 12 pm) on the same day. DHL delivery typically takes 1-2 business days.

Complete BMX bikes are securely packaged in special bicycle boxes and are approximately 90% pre-assembled. Small parts arrive in padded packages. We work with our partner DHL for this.

Absolutely! After shipment, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number. This allows you to track your package at any time.

Returns & Exchanges

14-day return policy - uncomplicated and customer-friendly

You have 14 days to return the goods from the date of receipt. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging.

Within Germany, we cover the return shipping costs for complaints or if we have made a mistake. For cancellations, you are responsible for the costs (approx. €4.99 for small parts, approx. €29 for BMX bikes).

Pack the package well and send it.
After review, a refund or reshipment will be processed within 2-3 business days.

BMX size guide & product selection

Finding the perfect BMX size - from 12 to 20 inches, for every age

12 inches : 80-100cm height (2-5 years)
14 inches : 95-120cm height (3-7 years)
16 inches : 105-130cm height (5-9 years)
18 inches : 120-140cm height (7-11 years)
20 inches : suitable for heights from 135cm (9+ years to adults)

For 20-inch BMX bikes, the top tube length is also important: 19.5"-21.25" depending on preference and riding style.

Street BMX : Robust for tricks on urban obstacles, often with pegs

Park BMX : Lighter for ramps and halfpipes, optimized for airtime

Flatland BMX : Special geometry for floor bars, short wheelbase

Dirt BMX : Reinforced for jumps over dirt mounds, robust components

Entry-level : HiTen steel frame, U-brakes, standard components (€300-500)

Advanced : CrMo frame, better parts, lighter (€500-800)

Professional : High-end CrMo, freecoaster, premium parts, under 10kg (800-1500€+)

HiTen steel : Cheap, heavier, but very robust - perfect for beginners.

CrMo (chromium-molybdenum) : Lighter, more elastic, more durable – the standard for advanced users.

BMX assembly & maintenance

Delivered 90% pre-assembled - easy assembly

Our BMX bikes arrive 90% pre-assembled. You usually only need to attach the handlebars, pedals, and saddle – this takes about 30-60 minutes.

Basic equipment: Allen key set (4mm, 5mm, 6mm), 15mm wrench for pedals, possibly a set of open-end wrenches. Many BMX bikes today primarily use Allen screws.

After each session : Remove coarse dirt, check for loose screws

Weekly : Clean and oil the chain, check tire pressure

Monthly : Check all screw connections, adjust brakes

Semi-annually : Check bearings, replace wear parts

As a purely online shop, we don't offer a direct repair service. However, we're happy to help you find the right spare part or recommend a qualified BMX mechanic in your area. We also have detailed video tutorials for many repairs that you can do yourself.

Pedals : Better grip and support

Handlebars : Optimal geometry for your riding style

Less weight equals better control during jumps, spins, and tricks. Every gram saved on the handlebars has a greater impact than on the frame, as it's further away from the center of gravity.

CrMo (chromium-molybdenum steel) is lighter, more elastic, and more fracture-resistant than standard HiTen steel. CrMo "cushions" better during hard landings and is more durable – but it also costs more.

A freecoaster allows you to roll backwards without the pedals turning – perfect for fakie tricks and street riding. Standard cassette hubs have a "click" freewheel.

Safety & Protective Equipment

Safety first - the right protective gear for BMX

Definitely wear a helmet! BMX helmets (skate style) offer more back-of-the-head protection than regular bicycle helmets.

Minimum equipment: helmet, knee and elbow pads. Beginners should also bring: shin guards and gloves.

All our helmets meet at least the EN 1078 or CPSC standard. Many also have the stricter ASTM F1492 certification specifically for BMX and skateboarding.

Legal & Traffic

BMX bikes in road traffic - what is allowed, what is not?

BMX bikes are not permitted on public roads without road-legal equipment (lights, reflectors, bell). You may only ride them on private property, in skate parks, or on specially designated paths.

To comply with the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO), you need: front light, rear light, reflectors (white at the front, red at the rear, yellow on the sides), bell and two independent brakes.

There's no age limit for BMX! Children as young as 2-3 years old can start riding a 12-inch BMX. The only important things are the right size and appropriate protective gear.
