We're sorry you're not satisfied with your order! Here's a step-by-step guide on how to easily and smoothly process your return.

Here's how it works:

1. Download and fill out the return form

Download our return form and fill it out completely. Make sure that all personal details and the order number are entered correctly so that we can process your return quickly.

2. Pack the item securely

Place the items in their original packaging and pack them securely for return shipping to prevent damage during transit. Note the item's SKU (found on your invoice) in the corresponding field on the return form.

3. Send the return shipment at your own expense.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs .
We strongly recommend returning the package insured and with tracking , as we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged returns .

4. Inspection & Refund

Once your return arrives, we will carefully inspect the goods. If everything is in perfect condition , we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take a few business days, depending on your payment provider.
