BMX pedals need to hold up – during landings, grinds, and tricks. Depending on your preference, you can choose between plastic pedals (lightweight, quiet, and affordable) or metal pedals (extremely robust and offering maximum grip). Both options feature a wide platform and reinforced axles, usually made of chromoly steel. The profile with pins ensures a secure grip – even in wet conditions. Most models fit 9/16" crank threads, which is standard in BMX. Replaceable pins or integrated knurling further enhance grip.
