Shadow Definitive Cassette BMX Hub

120 engagement points, minimal pedal play, and a freehub that sounds like a whole swarm of bees. The Shadow Definitive Cassette hub is made for riders who expect an immediate response with every pedal stroke.

Inside, a one-piece 9T chromoly driver with three pawls is at work. Each has four locking positions and its own leaf spring. This ensures almost instantaneous power transfer and significantly reduces pedal play.

The low-profile hub shell is CNC-milled from 6061-T6 aluminum. A 14 mm hollow chromoly axle, 7075 aluminum hardware, and a total of five sealed precision bearings complete the robust construction.

Despite the high number of engagement points, the system is designed for low rolling resistance. The distinctive, humming freehub sound is part of the Definitive's character.

The hub is compatible with Shadow Symbol hub guards, which are available separately.

Available as LHD or RHD in Black, Crimson Rain, and Skeletor Purple.
