BMX chains have to withstand high loads – from jumps and grinds to pedal tricks. You can choose between classic chains with full links or so-called half-link chains. The latter allow for finer length adjustments and simplify chain tensioning with short dropouts. Many chains are reinforced, with hardened pins or double side plates for added durability. Compatibility with chainrings and sprockets is standardized (1/8"), so installation is usually straightforward. Colors, logos, and special link shapes add extra style to your setup.
